Gia TATTOO.jpeg

GIANNA MARIA GALLI

Being a native New Yorker,  Gia was determined early on to find the beauty amongst the decay by choosing to gravitate towards the odd, fantastic and esoteric.

While studying Fine Arts & Illustration at

The School of Visual Arts,  she began working  in fashion as well as some of NYC's most iconic tattoo shops.  She has designed and contributed her work to publications such as Vogue, Interview & ID magazine as well as  New York's Met Gala.

Her love of all things that adorn has been a major influence on her work. Gia began tattooing in 2007 and enjoys working in a variety of styles; finding the most inspiration from

indigenous cultures/costume, jewelry, abstract art, nouveau, deco, botanical, sci-fi & fantasy, nature

and all things represented by the female form.
